Every session starts with a private weigh-in. Your weight loss earns points for your team. The leaderboard updates every week — everyone can see the progress.

75 minutes of real boxing training — pads, bags, footwork, combinations. You'll learn to actually box. No experience needed. Your coach guides every session.

Compete

You're placed in a team of 4-6. Your weight loss and boxing scores count towards your team's league position. At Week 12 — the Night of Champions.

The Ones Everyone Asks

Do I need any boxing experience? +
None at all. Fight The Weight is designed from the ground up for complete beginners. Week 1 starts with the absolute basics — stance, guard, and your first jab. By Week 12 you'll look like a boxer. We promise.
Is it suitable for women as well as men? +
Absolutely. Fight The Weight is open to everyone regardless of gender. Teams are balanced and the programme is designed to work for all body types and fitness levels. Many of our most committed members are women.
Will I have to spar with other people? +
Light, controlled sparring is introduced from Week 5 — but it is always optional and always coached. It's never aggressive. Think of it as a skill drill with another person rather than a fight. Full headguards are worn at all times and the coach oversees every pair.
What if I'm very overweight or very unfit? +
This programme was built for you. The sessions are progressive — Week 1 is accessible regardless of your starting fitness level. Every member starts from where they are. There is no minimum fitness requirement to join.
What happens if I miss a session? +
Life happens. Missing a session doesn't remove you from the programme. Your team will keep you updated via WhatsApp and your coach will bring you back up to speed at the next session. Consistency over perfection.
How do I pay? +
We offer two options. Standard is £49/month (£147 total) and includes the full 12-week programme. Standard + Meal Plan is £59/month (£177 total) and adds a weekly personalised meal plan delivered to you every week. We'll confirm payment details when you register — your place is secured once payment is received.
